We will perform a public records search as required for the issuance of a title insurance policy and have experience in solving any title problems found.

We are authorized agents for First American Title Insurance Company, one of the largest title insurers in the nation, offering the expanded Eagle Policy to include previously excluded coverage for: Building Permit & Zoning Violations, Subdivision Violations, Restrictive Covenant Violations and Encroachment by Boundary Walls and Fences.

CONVEYANCING AND SECURITY INSTRUMENTS

We will prepare Deeds to transfer ownership of real estate,

Promissory Notes and Mortgages to make and secure loans, and

Amortization Schedules to show payments of principal and interest
